We guarantee the very best available rate will be right here on our website! If you find a lower rate on any other website, follow these steps:

• Make your reservation on our site
  
• Contact the Clarion Hotel Universal within 24 hours of booking by filling out the “Best Rate Claim Form” at the bottom of this page.

We will:

• Verify the rate and availability on the other site
  
• Discount their rate by 10% AND…
  
• Give you a FREE upgrade you to the best room available on arrival*
  
• Confirm the reduced rate via return e-mail

The rate on the other site must be available to the general public and bookable at the time you see it. (Some sites advertise a discounted rate just to get you to take a look. Very often if you try to book that room it will come back as “unavailable”) you must make your claim within 24 hours of making your reservation.

*Best available room on arrival means just that. When you arrive with a reservation for a standard room, IF there is a leisure room available we will give it to you at no charge. If you booked a leisure room, we will upgrade you to a suite.
