Group Policies

Group Travel to Orlando can be set up as the following:
A block of rooms can be held under the group's name using a special rate code. Each person in the group will call the hotel to make a reservation and pay for that room individually with a credit card. Rooms will be held until an agreed cut off date. Requests after the cut off will be honored on a space available basis. A credit card number must be given at the time of registration.

Or

Groups of 10 or more rooms arriving together to Orlando Florida get the best rates! One person will be responsible for reservations and payment - due prior to arrival.

Here are our Group Policies:

• An advanced good faith deposit of $250 is required for all groups in conjunction with a final signed contract.
  
• Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund. All unused room blocks will be released back into the hotel's general inventory 30 days prior to arrival. At that time, the group rate is no longer guaranteed.
  
• In order to receive tax-exempt status, your group must have a Florida Tax ID #. This number and a copy of your Florida Tax Exempt Certificate are required prior to arrival.
  
• Requests for complimentary nights will be handled on an individual basis.
  
• Special discounted rates are available for tour bus drivers.
  
• Upon request, all attempts will be made to block rooms together.
  
• Group meal plans are available
  
• The Hotel offers complimentary transportation to the Universal Studio for groups traveling to Orlando. However, if the group wishes to travel together on set-time, special transportation arrangements to Walt Disney World and other theme parks, Orlando County Convention Center, or to nearby convention hotels, can be made in advance for a fee.
